My therapy work is grounded in the belief that I am not an expert on clients' lives - they are. Though my knowledge and experience can help facilitate change, I believe the therapy relationship to be a collaborative one in which I help empower clients to identify and eliminate existing patterns of destructive thoughts and behaviors in order to lead authentic and fulfilling lives. Research confirms that the success of therapy is due in large part to the relationship between the therapist and the client.
